SHOW ME

I need a little guidance
I need a little care
I need you now to tell me
You'll always be there

I try to be a good man
You know that for yourself
But I ask you now sweet Jesus
For just a little bit of help
I'm feeling kind of lonely

Show me how to face tomorrow
Show me how to live your love
Take a chance on me sweet Jesus
And show me that you won't give up on us

It's getting kind of crazy
Down here on mother earth
This pain we've all been feeling
Seems more than we deserve

With so much hurt and sorrow
It's hard to rejoice
We are many, we are one, Lord
We need to hear your voice

I'm feeling kind of empty
So lonely and afraid
Can you answer me sweet Jesus
And please show me the way

Show me how to face tomorrow

Now I go to sleep dear Jesus
And I hope that when I wake
You'll make me the kind of person
That others imitate
